This is the American McGees version of the Mad Hatter, the costume was made as a mix of the first and the second version of the game. Credit for the costume goes to the talented miss ~Evoli-chan

I almost died when I saw this in the front page. I recently got into these games, so I was super excited when this came on my screen.
