Please, please, please start working out again. Just about 24 pushups a day ... Coz soon people will be able to use you as a stock reference for a skeleton ... even more than they already do. :S
You're not beefy when you work out. You show the way muscles attach to your skeleton. I think it would be a better drawing reference than those beefy guys that have everything everywhere and you just don't know where it came from - you just know there are bulges everywhere.
